Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, 
we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be defective or damaged upon arrival
- Must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Photo evidence of the defect is required
- Original packaging must be intact

How to Request a Return:

1. Your order number
2. Photos of the defective item
3. Description of the issue

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return 
shipping label with instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products without defects
- Items without original packaging
- Sale items

Exchanges:
We replace defective items at no additional cost.
